Yearly increment is very poor, ranging btw 2-5%. Promotion opportunity are less if business is stagnant.

Like is only job security you will have a job security here because they don't want to kick you and make their loss and for their management.

1. They provide less salary even a construction worker in India is earning more than a fresher in this company. 2. 9 hours and 30 mins shift timings, which is like the longest timing to work in. 3. No growth and No promotion you will find that senior in this company saying you will get many opportunities to grow in this company but the truth is only by office politics you can have growth and so many other criteria you have to met. 4. The clients are gods for this company if their client will says any bad or unjustified requirement then every Sr and employees have to do it. 5. Login log out punch in strict timings to log In log out if you will get 20-30 mins late, smile you will get a half day marked on and working in 9 hours shift 😂🙂‍↕️ 6. Some process of this company are fine to work but some have a deadly combo of strict worthless managers, worst team leaders, worst work culture. 7. They will just put in one role you can't change your designation your process, your lob, you find out that you are stuck in a well and there is no rope to help you climb it. I have recently saw girl in this company who was severely got panic attacks and an ambulance was there for in the ground floor and I can guarantee you that it happened because of her process work culture and toxicity in this company

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.
