...yellow line in Delhi metro. The outsource given on contract to JMD consultants. In this company, the train operator is given a very low salary and it's charged 9 hours of duty, which is 9 hours too much. 8 hours of duty should be maximum. The train driver does not have an medical facility to get himself and his family treated. The contract company tortues it's employees a lot. If senior officials of Delhi metro are informed in this regard, they say we have given the contract to them, they are concerned with the work and not with the mutual relations between you and your company.

...nagement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent bt career growth is slow and future is not secure.

Didn't find anything to like here after completion of 15 years service here, Only Salary is average, everything else is poor

Non-executive are treated like sub-human. It is standing on the work of non-executive meanwhile executives here are enjoying fruits of their labor. No work life balance l Night shifts 6 days working but head office has 5 day working

Handsome salary currently i am drawing 68000 pm which accounts to a total of 869000 yearly 5days a week is the best things No extra timings 9:00-5:30 it is. Awesome work culture specially for females.
