In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Directors are incapable of running business. Their is a army of incapable Directors who are spoiling future of many employees. If you are technically skilled and want to grow in technology then never join DB. Higher management only like boot lickers who just do buttering of bosses. Skillset required to succeed in DB is cocktail party management/arrangement, leading timepass meetings wasting precious time. Working DB is totally waste.

Nothing to like about deustche bank. There's no proper work culture. If concerns placed in terms of process on seniors, Managers don't take it seriously. They ignore blindly. Seniors yell to new joiners for asking doubts. If any personal issues highlighted to team which requires wfh or leave, the Manager shares it to team leads. I wonder who appointed them as Managers. There's not much enough time given to learn process. Within a month of joining, candidates are pressurised for quality and along with higher quantity in production. Work gets extended to 4 hrs a day atleast.
