One like rest all are dislike ,heirarchy in organisation exploitation at extreme level,zonal head masking credit of doctor working at ground level ,partiality by zonal . Poor increments. No credit to your work and many more ....pathetic condition from inside especially for doctors

Only salary part I like this company but Thare is no any difference between local lab and dr lal path lab both companies are same giving salary on time but no any other benefits

I heard working culture of Dr lal is good but today scenario is changed, because I worked 1 year in Dr lal I saw thare is politics in management no one will help you in system

Overall the company is very stable as well as the job there's a lot of learnings on the daily basis and people here are very supportive

Salary is low promotions time is hell long increment is less no work life balance

Opportunities to learn and grow were quite limited. There was more access to training, mentorship, or challenging projects that would help expand my professional skill set. This created a sense of stagnation and made it difficult to stay motivated or envision a clear path forward within the organization. Much of the work felt routine and lacked meaningful impact or recognition. There was minimal alignment between tasks assigned and employee strengths or career goals. This, combined with the absence of feedback or encouragement, contributed to average overall satisfaction and engagement.

...rship, and sudden changes in staffing have created an atmosphere of uncertainty. The current salary structure does not reflect the level of work, responsibilities, or industry standards. Many employees, including myself, have taken on additional tasks without any corresponding increase in pay or recognition. This has led to frustration and disengagement. Competitive compensation is a key factor in attracting and retaining talent, and I hope the company will consider a more fair and transparent approach to salary reviews and raises.
