There is nothing to be disliked in Druva, the only thing you have to be on Druva payroll avoid being on contract by other company but overall Druva culture and work style is very good

I wish they could hired me on their payroll, I am only upset because I am on some other company payroll otherwise rest all fine

work-life balance takes a hit some places still have large monolithic services, which can be regressive compared to industry salary is not on par with the industry when compared with similar talent in other companies or even competing companies (Rubrik, Cohesity) The promotion process in the initial years is quite slow, and you may lag behind your peers in other companies in terms of pay/level. Some teams are toxic and promote very unhealthy levels of wlb.

Druva is a company with potential, but it faces challenges related to its micro-management style and culture of favoritism.

The only good thing at Druva is its tech stack where we get to work on industry leading SaaS application.

Dislikes

Pathetic management, hopeless managers & dumb directors. The company culture has shifted 180 degrees in the past 4 years, when you get too proud of your achievements and start missing the reality. Too many unnecessary hiring in the director level, leading too much micromanagement where everyone wants to show thier contribution in org building when you actually dont have work.
