...dule keeps changing unexpectedly, causing stress and affecting my personal life. * My salary is often held without explanation**, causing financial instability. * I have been **spoken to rudely on the floor**, and have experienced **inappropriate behavior** from some colleagues. * Tasks are assigned at logout time, and I am contacted during non-working hours for meetings and calls. * I have been called early to the office (as early as 7:30 AM), where I felt uncomfortable as there were no other female employees present, making me feel unsafe. * My responsibilities are frequently changed without any proper communication or clarity. * I was pressured to resign, which I believe is highly unethical. * My leave request for my sister's wedding was denied, despite it being an important personal event. * There is continuous overwork and extreme pressure which is affecting my mental and physical health.

I request to provide meal during the shift hours as being female I am living far from my family and parents and it’s not possible to prepare the food everyday.

Today is last day here in this company of mine. Great experience with ebotics. The company management is very good Salary increment is very nice I have on notice period but due to some emergency I asked for early leave. Everyone take it as a seriously and my early leave approve by my manager. The manager surendar he is very good person treat you as a child. And process manager Ashay bajaj is also very good person and understand the problem of everyone. Everyone is very supportive here I never feel from last 2 year any pressure here, for freshers and experience this company is best. all TL manager never force you for anything and understand everything problem.

At Ebotics, i faced a toxic and unsafe environment, especially for woman, with no proper training or support and unrealistic targets. Manager Surender Yadav constantly harassed and micromanager while Rakesh Sandhu from posting Team exhibited inappropriate and intimidating behaviour. They don’t have a good behaviour with women’s They stalked me on social media. And people who work here they don't respect there personal and social life of users. i request specially girls do not join here its not safe. For boys don't spoil your future.
