Navi Mumbai office process will not help with Cabs Long hours of working. no work-life balance. Increment of not more than 6 % If you ask for sick leave they will ask to verify with the company's doctor. Lots of workloads will be added plus the tone of the seniors over is not proper. No mutual respect was kept while talking to juniors from seniors. No check from hr to the project manager and they will try to force employees to work according to when the seniors want. Will ask you to work on holidays if the client is outside India.

No salary increase even after 1 year or 2, No promotion specially for girls they think girls can't do much, Even if we do sales there are lots of criteria to get incentives which makes it impossible to get incentive, Not much additional points for the work or sales we do.

Nothing good here. Salary is less than a cleaning staff can get. I was hired as a financial analyst, but this job can be done by a class 5 kid.

Dislikes

Work Culture is toxic; everyone is involved in dirty corporate politics. The manager will scold you for no reason. They love to harass their employees. They will ask you to work for 12-13 hours without any break. Don't work here.

Salary very very poor. Also do not hire experienced QA’s from outside which another company hire on 40-50k + They put bar on slab which also very poor. Promotion is also slow. People sitting over there 8 -10+ years on same role.

There is nothing to add much here.But still I must say that I have learn alot here about my process.And again it was on my own.

Dislikes

They don't pay you accordingly,work culture is worst,even HR's don't listen to employee. eClerx should be your last option to join. The only reason of my resignation is the all the reason mentioned above.
