Ther is a lot of politicas and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of e years before which your cannot reading. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Am dislikes no increiments my contract was finished(2years) am renewed my contract but he was not increase my salary. I got a experience in 2 years in this company. He said same salary will give either you exit.

I like the nature of our senior towards junior totally friendly and helpful, i would really like to join this company for long period, i want more experience in Emdad because I want be the best in safety and Emdad follows all the safety measures strictly.

This Sour Gas Shutdown project unfortunately been average than steller. While the work itself can be engaging, the overall management style left much to be desired. communication is often poor, with unclear expectation that lead to confusion amongst the team. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of appreciation for employee contributions, which has resulted in low morale. the opportunities for career advancement are limited, and feedback from management is infrequent, leaving many employees feeling stagnant in their roles. the work-life balance is also a concern, as the workload can be overwhelming at time, leading to long hours without recognition. many of us are left feeling overworked and undervalued. while there are some dedicated colleagues who strive to make a positive impact, the overall culture opf the company needs significant improvement.
