Salary and bonus is credited on time. Apart from this there is nothing to like since the new MD has taken over and the South India Leadership has got control over operations.

Dislikes

Bias culture, priority only to South Indians. HR, Hiring Manager and Leadership are not in sync. They keep pushing the appraisal ahead by 3 months. Continuous layoffs happening every year. Organizational changes occurring very often. Doing layoffs in Pune office and then hiring in Chennai office for same skill.

Likes

Work Life Balance and flexibility in working hours as well as Hybrid work model. Management is ready to listen to the feedback and make necessary changes, which is a big positive.

Dislikes

... hires get better job band and designation, which hurts the long term employees. Regular market correction in terms of designation and salary is needed to maintain balance and check attrition.

... it has become not so exciting after Indian leadership started running the show. They need to stop playing dirty politics before start loosing great resources Pay parity issue with favourites getting lot of packages than rest of the folks. Work pressure without any recognition. Not consistent with approach and too many frequent changes .

...ze the good work is also apricated and sometime rewarded with monitory benefits. Also, early festive bonus and Year end party sponsored by the company.

Dislikes

The culture is slowly moving into cost saving aspects when compared to last and with new India MD. Favoring by location is slowly getting visible. With the knowledge of Bangalore traffic, the office location chosen in Marathalli which is a pain.

Likes

Overall a ideal place to work. Excellent work culture, work-life balance, one of the best pay structure and rare type of care u get from company like a family. Above all 101% job security untill and unless u don't want to perform at all.

Dislikes

Lack of growth opportunities in domain.
