I recently joined here and I'm currently at the head office. It's truly commendable that the banks offer free lunch and snacks to their staff. That's no small feat! The commitment to corporate social responsibility at 5% is also highly valued. I'm really enjoying my time here!

Contributions are ignored and Micro management with high targets Employees are not treated with respect and dignity No proper planing and team schedule Very aggressive manner’s and often demoralising team members Any mistakes are blamed on the team With quote of YOUR SUCCESS IS MY SUCCESS AND YOUR FAILURE IS YOUR FAILURE NO job security- termination happens suddenly often without notice with support of HR ,CEO and CFO HR supports ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DEPARTMENT head without proper investigation Compulsory work on weekends with no compensation or appreciation Toxic culture where gossip is encourageble Unreasonable deadlines with no understanding the task complexity My advise to accounts payable department it’s very crucial to assess the leadership style within accounts payable department a team cannot thrive under fear,pressure and disrespect, proper training,respectful communication and fair HR practices are urgently needed. Toxic leadership Damages morale and increase attrition For JOB SEEKERS friends If you are considering a role in accounts payable department especially under the current team manager I strongly advise reconsidering the environment is unhealthy and the leadership is not supportive and ur self confidence will Become zero

I worked atleast 8 years in organization,It's process oriented bank,incentive and good salary offered now a days.working pressure become high now a days.I left the job,but in future due to my personal reasons, whenever any requirment in organization,I always be with them. Thanks ESFB

Easy placement, once you give resume they call you to join before get offer letter. That's one thing only positive

Lac of career growth, work life balance, salary hike is too low even you work for long year, You should ready to work for anytime even day and night, without any welfare. There is no any comb off leave and medical leave. It very miserly on work infrastructure.
