...is organisation nothing is to be dislikes , But suggestions are there to share . Basic compensation for low level employees needs to be increased . This is just a suggestion which needs more attention.

I worked atleast 8 years in organization,It's process oriented bank,incentive and good salary offered now a days.working pressure become high now a days.I left the job,but in future due to my personal reasons, whenever any requirment in organization,I always be with them. Thanks ESFB

Easy placement, once you give resume they call you to join before get offer letter. That's one thing only positive

Lac of career growth, work life balance, salary hike is too low even you work for long year, You should ready to work for anytime even day and night, without any welfare. There is no any comb off leave and medical leave. It very miserly on work infrastructure.
