I like work culture and humble nature of the company. Here we all are equal means they treat us equal no one is senior or junior. They give us safety also. Work security is also here. They provide us everything whatever we want.

I just don't like only one thing that is salary package of here.

I like the working hours and nearby branches. There is less travelling and more comfort to reach at office

..., even huge changes in the curiculum shifted it's quality content into quantity. It is having less salary as per other field.

Love the environment created by Mr. Deepak Chopra, everyone works towards one goal. Things are pretty easy going and politeness is never missed, respect and encouragement go hand in hand.

...ith the focus of the organisation in Rural setup there's little for urban staff. Salary wise, it's an NGO so it remains just average. No incentive or bonuses but you get good number of leaves.

...f you late only for 10 seconds they will treat like you did something blunder. You are getting very less salary so you can survive your life otherwise if you want to fulfill your smallest dream you'll never gonna fulfill that I'm this organisation.

I like the environment here. Though, politics is always a part of private jobs in terms of promotion, working hours for managers.

Dislikes

Salary is the biggest concern as the work which this organisation demands should be paid more. Additionally, no general facilities for employees and students. Even water is not provided. And, offline trainings for a week completely that too so far from your hometown and those trainings are also not so useful.
