The worst company which I have worked for past 8months I wasted my time they are cheating once we get relived from the job they won’t give the incentives and all seriously past 8month I have done my job greatly and archived all my targets in every month I a topper in recovery team but they don’t give my incentives I have relived from the company in a proper manner only but the wort Hr team and my team manger dint take any actions they are blocking my number wort company never ever I have seen

Toxic work culture, no vision and growth.. they promise many perks but hardly honour.. incentives delayed for more than 1 year.. keep chopping and changing the process

Atleast you can get something apart form your salary

You never expect things to happen on time, like Appraisals, Inventories, and Bonous and bonanza, which they have committed to never happening on time. You have to wait for more than 12 to 13 months for the single month incentive.
