This company is stick with their old projects that are developed around 2000. No technical growth for an experienced candidate. The company is not expecting good performance from employs and gives around 3 - 4 K annual increment in return to a software developer. If you are fresher and seeking a learning environment then go for the offer. There is a high chance of signing of service agreement bond for 2-3 years. You can go for further studies as they don't stop you in this case, I am happy to do that.

Dislikes

Teammates: You may like your colleagues as almost most of the hirings are freshers. Training, Innovation and Career growth: I don't think they are interested to develop new projects so hard luck for this two parameters. Salary/appraisal: very low if you compare with the market. Work environment, work-life balance, and politics: If you keen to learn new technologies then I am sure of that you are in troubled, lack of resources used for development. Definitely yes for Work-life balance as there is very less work and Politics a big yes not in between colleges, but you may experience it before a week of your salary date.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part 9f a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another Plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Nothing
