Very toxic culture. Even you do your job and given responsibilities well if you not part of lobby and team in superiors list they start dominate and frustrate you like you come to stage resign Job. I joined with high hopes but truly not worth.If you want setback your career you can join.Please don’t get under influence of name of organization. Very sick minded Managers and PD working here.👎

Everthing, peoples are so dominate and the management is too much bois. Loyality is a side and you will get only add on activities as promotion, no salary increment, no promotion.

In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.
