Iam working here more than 1 year 6 months.. still my role is Trainee. No salary improvement.. No Job security. No skill development. There is no appreciation for your work.

Few things were incredibly good. They provide salary on time. My team leader was very supportive. This organization is a part of a big company name Cavinkare group which is quite well known all over the Tamil Nadu. They will make you feel special on your birthday.

Dislikes

They disappointed me during the appraisal. They didn't check how I worked over the year, performance and achievement, they just gave an average hike like as same as other average employee which was very very less in percentage. The working hours are 9 hours, and you must strictly follow them, or you will be marked absent. While standard work hours are 8 hours. The last Saturday of every month is working day, which was quite annoying.

...h tireless hard work. They also give importance to the demands of each employee. Salary is commensurate with experience and skill. Opportunities are also given to those with no experience. They are getting good reputation with clients and are making progress. There is no doubt that it will become a landmark in Cuddalore in a few years. And they focus on the employees health too. Every department has team leaders with good personality. They interact with their group members in a friendly manner.They guide their team mates to right path and helped their growth. Overall its a good organization.

One Saturday work and next Saturday off. Instead, weekdays can be changed to 9 hours and weekends off.

The company which very good platform for learning to develop our skills and performance in all the way. Additionally people can learn ever process in the company without any restrictions. Feel free at work 🤗

It's a startup company (3yr old. So we couldn't expect a big hike in salary. But I'm assure vry huge in upcoming years.

Salary as per role and responsibilities False promises by hr and not doing anything from management side No job security , no pf , esi , gratuity deduction Thay hire as say 1 year your naps apprenticeship then after you get on-roll job but i am working 1 year plus but not any improvement
