We want to work for 15 to 17 hours daily without pay. They will threatened to login on Saturday and Sunday without pay. They will pay only 9 hours of login for 5 days a week but we must work 6 or 7 days a week and more than 15 hours a day.

Company is good but working environment is not good because no have a carrier growth chance and salary will be less compair to job role, bad rotation cycle

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

I am working in hexaware bsp from last 2 half years and still working here, culture in hrxaware is much supportive and also helping and but its taking time to manage some things on time. but in lock down I am not facing much problems.

... senior. If I take about training for freshers there are no any PI or guidance .career growth is much slower, with this the salary which they giving is to much less compare to other companies, because the people who are working from 14 to 15 year they are taking now 18k to 22 k or max 25k only and starting salary of freshers is 8k or 9k, Annual appraisal is not on time and also not effecting in salary on time taking 3 to 4 months for appraisal and not increasing in salary even if u working harder.. and compensation is decent much formalities for it.

...kills. But they are helpless in some situations. Work life balance is good here. Salary, hike and promotions are really bad.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, micromanagement, manipulative. There are many many old managers are here who literally sucks. For the same of securing their jobs, they screw other's life and cause so much stress.
