...r management is useless they don't have any experience only getting highly paid. They pay half half salary every month and is delayed. Their clients never respond on time

This company has no real advantages; it's one of the worst to work for.

This is the worst company with the worst culture. Salaries are never on time, there's no transparency, zero empathy, and no ethics at all. They engage in unethical practices, and anyone with sense leaves within a week of joining. The people still working here are only staying out of helplessness. On my first day, the employees themselves warned me about how bad things are. The HRBP is completely useless, siding with the employer instead of the employees. She doesn't even understand the role of an HRBP or her responsibilities. The 4-5 star ratings you see are fake—employees were told to give those ratings in front of the management. I can't express just how terrible this company really is.
