Salary- Offers really good package to good candidates: HR department - Once I asked tHe HR team to share the HR head (Padmaja) contact details to discuss something urgent, but I havd been told that I am not allowed to talk to her. As we can only write an email to HR head, in my 2 years of employment I have not received any single email response from her. Finance Team- 1 response may take 10-30 days. Carrier growth- I don’t know how to explain the situation. Nothing works in a proper way, so even you get a promotion, please be ready for demotion as well without any prior information. Your performance is monitored by a revenue generated system rather than your managers as there will not be any discussion before sending a performance improvement email, and a termination email will be sent in 1 month of time. Work environment- people come and go, no extra curricular/fun activities in my 2 years.

Got appraisal on time because of my performance. I lost my interest due to poor management, blaming to none.

Oh god, I'm sorry readers but nothing really, other than above-average salary maybe. One benefit of working here can be that, if you're good at your work then it feels like a government office (Laid back), and you will have a stable position but then again at the same time, you'll feel underpaid because you work that well.

Politics, No HR communication, and what the hell is a confidential promotion, I understand about secret appraisals but promotion? No hierarchy is followed at any level. The incentive is a myth here, you won't get any billing details to know how much you should be getting.

Politics politics politics and politics thats it .... They attract you by giving you salary. And then seniors will try to fire you from company.... there is much more about to write here but i dont have that much time.

The company will never give you any assistance in your job, regardless of n number of emails you get no help and till the time you work well you are appreciated. They can simply ignore you on your bad days.

...ring but don't expect any help from anyone. End of the day, you are on your own. And the accounts and HR department also don't pay much heed to any of your queries or your compensation anything.
