Three months' notice period with no logic for targeting. Focus solely on primary work, not secondary. No marketing support, no POP boy. You have to leave this company after five years, but your gratuity has not been paid to you. This is solely because you did not serve the full three months' notice period. Additionally, the refrigerator started at full pressure without any logical reason.

Working at IFB is a great experience The company policies are also good compare to other brands ifb has a less pressure and salary structure also quite low if you want to career growth pls change it or other wise ifb has best choice

6 days work out of factory. Very poor culture. Rude management. Everything is dumped on you without any guidance and you are answerable when you are not able to deliver. Stay away from this place.
