GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Plenty of opportunities for manager roles as this is a manager making factory. 6. People culture is extremely nice. (if you have good people around you)

1. EMCE Dept. is a labor factory (Never stay here for more than 1 year because there is nothing to learn as every work is monotonous). 2. Pathetic higher Management and policies in favor to the company alone. (Targets are set by higher management based on excel sheet reports and not based on employee empathy and it is very awful) 3. HRs are puppets of the higher management. 4. Policies become extremely toxic after you put down your paper (Think well about the tortures before you join) 5. All policies are against the growth of the employee (3 months strict notice period, No Early release, No buyout option, No leaves trading, No timely promotions, and improper hikes) I got only 8% hike after getting 4.2 out of 5. 6. No early releases for the reasons like better career / Education/ Professional development / Personal reasons (the only way to escape this notice period is if YOU are willing to fall sick) 7. Words/Approvals from B & C-level managers are trashy. (Though they are extremely supportive, they do not have a proper voice against the higher management. They promised me a better hike and promotion in the next cycle, but they failed to keep their promises due to higher management's favoritism.) 8. B-level and C-level managers are great people in-person but they don't have any proper voice, They are just made to look like dummies by the higher management. All decisions related to even an A-level Trainee are also taken by the BU head. 9. Company culture is not upto the mark.

...ents. You will be given shift for 9 hours but you have to work for 12- 14 hours. No overtime pay or comp off but we have to escalate and will get after 3-4 months repeated escalations. Toxic management. You will be laid forcefully. Forcefull deductions as loss of pay even after filling attendance and get approved from managers. Once deducted you will not get back. Try to look for vacancies from other companies. Please dont spoil your valuable time here, its not worth your life working in this worst organisation.

Dislikes

No one will care about your hikes and promotions. They expect you to beg for it. In my case net increament 6% in 3 years comparing with the initial package.

Major office politics No recognition or appreciation No hike No promotion No one to one connect with seniors Always find something negative in your work unnecessarily Toxic environment and people They always have problem with taking leaves either it is planned or emergency Their policy is to work 9:30 hours a day
