Supportive management which gives freedom to implement innovative ideas. Punctual salary system. Healthy working environment. Great scope of learning and personality development.

Dislikes

There is no yearly bonus or incentive system. Mediclaim policy coverage is very less.

Flexible work timing and supportive teammates

There is no job security, management may fire you at any time. Forcefully pay cut and no leave encashment. There is lot of pressure and never get appreciation from management for outstanding performance.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I like their leave policy. An employee can avail almost 2months of leave in a year. Other than that I don't have any good things to say about them.

Dislikes

No job security. An employee can be sacked anytime in the name of cost cutting.
