No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Weekly salary part is good. Insentive is very good, if you done 10 to 12 sales in a month you can get 20k to 24k as insentive

.... They don't how to utilise to M.Tech employees and fires them for lame reasons. Besides, they blame them for having higher salary in their entire job lifespan. 5. No growth for employees in development roles. In this company, only management guys grow. 6. Management people just put blame for anything on developers and burden them with too much work. They just enjoy during work hours doing nothing related to job. 7. No help for developers. They have to deal with every difficult situation by themselves.

Nothing is good there only the office premises is good else the culture is the worst than any other companies in India

...ture is the worst. No Job security ,Managers terminates mostly half of the team.for their personal grunches and hire freshers with less salary each year.The work life balance is very poor to survive.The management is the most inappropriate there.Worst managers are present. Skill development is zero ,they make you work on repeatedly same tasks each year. No increments are provided.If you stay for 10 years also the salary remains same as starting and after giving them your precious 10-15 years they force to resign the employees so that they do not have to give any other benefits like gratuity,increments etc.
