...s health issue is directly fired without any notice, so no work security at all. Also higher package employees are asked for leaving company and tortured. They recruiting contract base persons even if they hold post degrees, in less sallery.

No proper Canteen and Bus Facility charging huge amount, During Batch 12hours duty without Over time even for officer 60 rupees/hrs not provide, Management union does not support to production outcome, Poor Increments (2-3%), Poor HR policy, A lot to devolve in SOP and Practices for more production, Single Day week off

OFF LINE DOCUMENTATION, NO CANTEEN FACILITY, MORE SALARY DEDUCTION. ONLY PREFERRED BE chemical employees for incharge level , if you are MSC or BSC than you will be never pramoted as incharge .

The work-culture is very poor. Seniors are prone to bring their people and the role of HR is totally zero. He listens what others tell him. And they always judge the cover not the book.
