There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.

Pay was decent for the work I did. Nothing much to add.

Mostly boring support projects. Negligible learning. If project ends thrown out after 2 months bench period. Terrible HR. Bond for freshers of 3 lakhs for 3 years makes zero sense. No similar company has such bond in place.

If you get hired in this company as a fresher then it is a good company to work for as you would get good exposure but if you are a experienced professional then it would be a bad decision to join this company as no work life balance(asked to work on saturdays and sundays), you will not get good appraisal and it has a lot of bad politics.

The management, one of the disorganised team I've ever worked with. No proper story grooming, no discussion, no product design so you can understand the quality of code and culture here. Actually there is no system they are following and lots of unnecessary hafazats are occurring due to this. If you're switching from a big mnc, you will feel hell here. If you ask your scrummaster why you're not arranging sprint planning, they use to say, "you need everything perfect here?" . I really don't know what kind of replies those are and i faced multiple times these things. So definitely your work life balance will be below per. For freshers this kind of company is very good as they will gain a lots of experience but this company is not for lateral joiners who are into development and looking for a balanced life.
