In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.
