Job is secured for all even for those who don't work. If you are in touch with any upper management, do whatever you want, salary will be credited.

Salary will be credited in third week, but no fix dates. No fix timing of job, sometimes had to do 22 hours in a single day. Vendor Payment is delaye arround 8 months, so vendors also didn't provide service on time. P&M will be responsible for everything even for civil work. Phone and massages culture is there, sometimes you will feel like you are working in call centre.

Salary increment on basis of person reach to higher level not on your hard work.howmuch ever you work, your maximum salary increment as an engineer is 2000 rs per year

Only Resumation on job after lockdown. But Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the site management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that produces high quality work with timely completion.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening.
