...their mistake they choose one of the associate to whom they can put the blam on. Talking about salaries, every month you have to check your salary slip because they count less working days and they don't even want to have a conversation on this also when you stop working then they listen. This is really a very disgusting place to work.

Jupiter exploits the employees by giving high profile job roles without any increase in pay. Along with this, while giving you these roles, they make it seem like they're doing you a favor. There are no benefits, the appraisal was very low, no promotional hike, and basic incentives and travel allowances have been cut this financial year instead of being increased.

So many things. For small mistakes or leaves they will arrange meeting and screw you like anything. Everyone thinks themselves as CEO of the company. No job security they will fire employees without any solid reason

The work culture is bad, toxic people just trying g to please the founder who is himself super toxic. They keep laying off people silently and then don't hire right talent. They are making the work place like a school with a lot of restrictions around basic things like attendance, leaves etc. I'd recommend anyone who is planning to join to ask the HR to share HR policies beforehand as that'll also help a person to understand what they are planning to sign for

Promotes long working hours, employees kind of culture No transparent review cycle for employees, you are dependent on yiur manager who can be biased HR are not reachable and non responsive
