Many employer working in this company are not good to face conversation and non hygenic work. Not humanity to work culture.

There is no culture . Office politics No growth path defined Increment only for favourite people. Of over all increament is only 2-3 For favourite increment can be 500% YOY Also some people get increment & promotion with in Six Months with hike of 200%.

Working hours for women and respect for women is really horrible. If you compare with other company this is the worst experience i have.

Dislikes

Working hours and respect is horrible,for a lady working hours is always above 14 hours.Coming morning at 8 , leaving office at 11 pm or 12 pm daily, it's really pathetic.Senior always treat you like their slave,Off days also call for work, given lot of work.

The working culture is very good at K Hospitality. Flexible working hours with support from Management and team members makes the working culture more enjoyable and satisfying.
