Teammates are good but the Director is small time baniya, 6 days working, no formal training, no career growth options, work environment is worst, people are working under fear, cant even speak with each other, not allowed to take leaves, director is such an insecure person i have ever met in the life. nothing like innovation no work life balance like that

Salary will be paid through cheque that too on 10th of every month. If you absent in between 1-10 for whatever days your salary will come accordingly say if you absent for 2 days between 1-10 your salary will come on 12th. All employees will to pay security amount of 3000-5000 per month feels like working in Arab. Director believes in IS style of working. Caliphate

Now being a current employee, I may be accused of writing these goody goody things out of compulsion, but the fact of the matter is that I have had this incredibly amazing two years of journey with Kaaiser. I have learnt and grown in every which way. And to all the losers, who have posted only negative remarks, one thing is certain that whichever organisation they might be working in right now, they will spew the same venom about their current company as well, once they leave from there. Get some life guys!!!!!! Wish you all the positivity..............
