No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Dislikes

...s currently don't have coverage for their parents and are required to pay extra. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the salary structure for Production Supervisors could be reviewed, as their pay is currently lower compared to operators. Despite these points, I truly value the supportive work culture and the potential for improvement in these areas to make the experience even better for everyone involved.

There is nothing that u will like to work here. Always feel insecure. U always be criticize by your superior. Late night meetings after your whole day shedule. Groups of people in each department try to push downside others. No HR policy for employees to feel work here.
