Most of the top management and ground team are family members, which makes it extremely difficult to work with them and cater to their egos. Their resistance to change is incredibly high, almost to an infinite level. Dealing with this every day is one of the worst parts of the job.

Few HODs are doing micro management. Each and every talk on the floor reach to HOD. Even though you gives average 10 hours per day, the in time will be fixed for new joiners and for old staff regularisation is available so many times, so partiality comes here.

Only encourage & give benifits to muslim cast. For Hindu managenent very rude behaviour. Forcefully resign taken . No job security for Hindu people.
