On time Salary. If you are lucky enough then you get good collogues .

Dislikes

No work life balance, worst management in some of the sites. Pure politics, even after working for 15hrs per day with a high productivity management won't recognize you and there is no any promotion or proper increment. But if you butter the management then you get recognition and promotion with a best salary increment. There is no any fixed working hours, around 8:00am you need to come to site/office then there no any fixed time for leaving to home some times it may extend up to 11:30pm to 12:00am also.

Dislikes

1) People working in HO will not care about the project sites. 2) Company posts freshers/individuals at HO who do not have 1% knowledge of how things work at project sites which makes site individuals work much tougher. 3) New policies are being developed and implemented without checking the feasibility/ground reality with which working at remote locations is getting harder day by day in this organization. 4) Unrealistic goals are given just to impress the higher management and same people will bash you for not achieving the targets.
