The company makes you feel like the salary you receive is more than you deserve. - **Work-Life Balance:** Extremely poor. Ross USA follows a five-day workweek, while Ross India, with its traditional mindset, operates six days a week. Don't be fooled by the US-based branding—this company lacks proper working ethics. - **Employee Satisfaction:** Most employees are suffering and desperately looking for a job change. I don't understand where the positive reviews on job sites are coming from. - **Salary:** Very low. - **Skill Development:** Very poor. **Additional Concerns:** - No real career progression: Managers, senior engineers, and engineers all end up doing the same work, but the lowest-level employees bear the highest pressure. - Lack of knowledge-sharing: Work does not contribute to skill enhancement; it is simply a waste of time. - Salary increments are **only 2% per year**, and this happens annually, making career growth even slower. - **Designation changes only happen after five years,** which is far too long for any meaningful progression. **Verdict:** **Join only if you have no other options.**

...ts. Job security is only till projects are there coz you would have allocations. No projects then will be on bench and after 2 months then no salary. No fixed committed dates for salary increment. Increment is 5% not adjusted as per the current market standards. Hiring is on personal contacts from caste and culture from outside. Internal promotion is not visible.

...encies of the company or customer. You will be given 60 days to get any project. And if you fail to do so you will be in Loss of Pay for the next 30 days post that they will fire you. 4. Job Security: Since company did bad during 2023-2024, they fired many people in the name of cost cutting while increasing and doubling the higher management people salaries. 5. Leave Policy : You will be credited with only 2 leaves per month, That's it ( There is no sick leave ). You can carry bonus leaves of upto 5 only. 6. Company Vision: Companies vision is unclear, till now it is unable to figure out what kind of deal it preferrs to venture ( e.g. L&T Technology Services has went against its own sister company LTI Mindtree while pitching in front of customer ). And customer was laughing.

...onduct for every small issues and makes there employees insecure to stay longer. No respect for the job, all works just for salary and escapes the moment they get a chance outside.
