...ts. Job security is only till projects are there coz you would have allocations. No projects then will be on bench and after 2 months then no salary. No fixed committed dates for salary increment. Increment is 5% not adjusted as per the current market standards. Hiring is on personal contacts from caste and culture from outside. Internal promotion is not visible.

Too much office politics, need to be bosses favorite for work, salary, promotions, Too much infighting between horizontal and vertical, No clarity on future/growth /vision No skill development, GEA is a waste, just an extended college with zero value add

2 months of bench and you will be put on loss of pay from 3rd month. No WFH on bench, during LOP also you have to come to office. Bench is horrible, projects will block you for weeks and you'll be not able to give interview for other projects and after that they will release you and your bench period will be wasted. Old mnc culture still manager's are in old decade. Get as much as hike you can get, very less hike Very less projects for Hyderabad in development role

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

...itized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.
