Sometime you will have to extend your shift .But that’s not an issue being in sales department you have to complete your daily target.

All conditions were fulfilled and deducted salary for my leaves other than that they disallowed my full incentive of 10000/- on the ground that i came for 18 days (due to serious health issues ) out of required 22 days

Micromanagement No proper long term plan The company believes on try and testing which sometimes puts employees under the bus Worst incentive policies, you may earn incentive upto 20k, but they have thousands of reasons to deduct your incentives like detractor, shrinkage, audit fail, etc etc. They have roaster compliance which will trigger even if you are 1 second late. False promises they will promise you one location during interview and give you another location for work No proper support in marketing activities or any kind of help to run the store.

Interference of area manager in every thing, if you have to take only one day of leave u have to ask the area manager, also he manipulates the central target according to him

1. They provide good salary package. 2. There is NO discrimination here on the basis of any religion by senior persons like Managers, AOM, ZM, HR, etc.

Dislikes

The worst thing about Lenskart is that the rules made by area managers are followed in Lenskart and store managers have no importance. The staff has to take permission for everything from the area manager. And they put too much force on staffs for sale. And here area managers can transfer any employee at any time.
