Salary increment is two low Growth but no pay u need to work in under staff salary as a manager Company’s dont have any emotion for their employees even the ZM OR Aom People come here left within a 6 months Customer is real king here every cx will shouting and post on social media Their product is good but due to un experience staff customers face a lot issues

Interference of area manager in every thing, if you have to take only one day of leave u have to ask the area manager, also he manipulates the central target according to him

1. They provide good salary package. 2. There is NO discrimination here on the basis of any religion by senior persons like Managers, AOM, ZM, HR, etc.

The worst thing about Lenskart is that the rules made by area managers are followed in Lenskart and store managers have no importance. The staff has to take permission for everything from the area manager. And they put too much force on staffs for sale. And here area managers can transfer any employee at any time.

Never work in lenskart my suggestion salary is on time but in the name of incentive they will cheat you, Earlier their salary package was good now it's worst, no value for staff never support own employee, Company culture is too bad no time for family always sale sales too bad no permenant store they will keep on shuffling store to store lenskart is hiring IAS AND IPS they have lenskart academy wer they train employees 30 days if 30 members go for traning only 10 to 15 will be selected and send them to stores wort organisation to work for especially if ur optometrist beware to work here if have 3 Rating ur safe if u don't below 2 rating they will send you home no respect for optoms there

*Partiality * Need to work over time but no extra pay * The product in lenskart is very bad they break very easily * Too many zoom calls need to attend in a day * Work pressure is there * Area managers won't help you * If ur performing good I will get 5rs or 20 rs chocolate * No carrier growth

...tsapp , tablet , system work and direct stock arrangement and cleaning work. Salary like a drop of honey in a 1 kg empty bottle 🥴.
