1. They provide good salary package. 2. There is NO discrimination here on the basis of any religion by senior persons like Managers, AOM, ZM, HR, etc.

The worst thing about Lenskart is that the rules made by area managers are followed in Lenskart and store managers have no importance. The staff has to take permission for everything from the area manager. And they put too much force on staffs for sale. And here area managers can transfer any employee at any time.

Higher management, You will be hired as a Store manager but you will be responsible just specifically for sales. Same lame questions will be asked " why no sales". Just focusing on hard sales and maintaining their bullsh*t KPI of ET, Conversion, Eyewear. You will learn no new skill except just selling glasses. Daily meetings on call and weekly call by your AOM, same lame feedback of no growth. The product they sell are just scam and sub standard and getting hefty margins. No Housekeeper or a single housekeeper to maintain your entire store. You will be given designation of SM but you will be leading a team of Sales and opto. Shortage of Opto in their whole organisation. If you can give daily excuse why you cant achieve their target daily, you can surely join. All AOM in north have a negative feedback about their work culture.

Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. They only appreciate optometrists because they think that without optometrists, they can't run the store, but they believe the store can easily run without salespeople and managers.
