If you are starting as fresher, and get a good team you ll get to learn good with decent growth opportunity. But if you get bad team they ll make you do Ba jobs as well and less growth

No hybrid mode, less salary, very less to none hikes, managers are not technically skills to understand devs and help in time of need or guidance, managem is bad, HR are for name sake they do are not much helpful. Promotions only happen for senior management that too internally.

The only good thing about this comapny is just a few good employees who help others (like 5-6 in the entire company).

Worked on latest tech, good teammates

Dislikes

No compensation and benefits, No increament, office politics, rude and slow management. Worked on weekends. No work life balance. Credit takers People have less knowledge but they pretend they know all the things. No job security recently they fire good amount of employes.

...s, salary increaments are very much poor if you're working for a long term here. Salary structure is not up to the market standard for existing employees. The statement differenciates when we talk about higher management. It's quite dissatisfying.

There is a lot of potential for learning for freshers when they are in the right team.

Dislikes

(1) Compensation is below industry standard. (2) It is a startup so there is a lack of structure in alot of places. (3) Management has very little technical knowledge, so it is very difficult to make them understand technical challenges. Management makes commitments without proper planning or feedback from product team. (4) Juggling between multiple tasks at a time (I am not talking about 2-3 tasks, I mean 6-7 tasks) (5) No action is taken on feedback for improvements. (6) Work force consists of underpaid, overworked and un-appreciated people, which results in a un-motivated and low-energy environment. Except for a few people, noone is willing to help. (7) Leadership does not have a clear goal or direction. There are new milestones set evey 2-3 months, abandoning the previous goal. (8) Expected to extend working hours and provide support on weekends. Even for a startup it's too much. (9) Departments like HR, accounts etc are the worst. No resolution for any issues raised, just give excuse or put the blame on the employees only. In short: Good to start your career if you want to learn. But the culture and environment is abysmal.
