Good work environment and culture, according to you maintening the staff, teammates are supportive but management is not serious for the growth purpose besause no systematic or make test for permotion. Some of the Sr. Manager is not taking that serious for the good performer promotion. Thay had partially with some good worker. And supporting to the illiterate person. They do not following the company SOP and do not manage the Staff KRA.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues, salary is good but career growth is not possible, and Sr. Manager is support to some wrong people thay don't take any action agaist tham.

...ch is growing daily. Company gives a chance to employer even if it is a mistake. Salary comes on time to time. No hard work or not difficulty but the person just a little brain has to be set to handle any situation.

Don't get salary for doing overtime duty of 4 to 5 hours here.

Promotion, apraisal, skills devlopment, learning all these things were made for senior department blood relations and knowing employee either they don't know their work properly. My 5 years experience waste in this company and no value in other company.

...ns left but still there are some who can ruin your day if you are the target. 7. Then comes the salary, even service companies / Mass recruiters pays significantly higher than what we are getting. All motivation dies when you get peanuts after working round the clock. 8. Then comes the slack channel which most of the time is filled with disrespectful language of Top leadership. The basic respect which an employee deserves is missing in this org. There are other things too but I don't want to go there. Just a small suggestion: Identify the right person to lead kochi branch and take it as a hint there is a better leader among them who has the capability of driving the organisation far better, who is much calm and carries far more wisdom than the current incharge.
