...ns left but still there are some who can ruin your day if you are the target. 7. Then comes the salary, even service companies / Mass recruiters pays significantly higher than what we are getting. All motivation dies when you get peanuts after working round the clock. 8. Then comes the slack channel which most of the time is filled with disrespectful language of Top leadership. The basic respect which an employee deserves is missing in this org. There are other things too but I don't want to go there. Just a small suggestion: Identify the right person to lead kochi branch and take it as a hint there is a better leader among them who has the capability of driving the organisation far better, who is much calm and carries far more wisdom than the current incharge.

Overtime without pay. High attrition and weak knowledge transfer.

- Free hand by the founders to everyone across the floor. People are free to drive their own initiatives to add value to Licious; - The talent on the entire floor is very good

...y leadership exits, nobody is able to stay for a long time because of the toxic work culture; - Licious is not the best pay master in the market, they try to cut corners with everyone and get the 200% out of everyone by paying 50% of what they deserve.

...edule, time. Licious will fool you in finalizing C.T.C ask them actual in hand. As they have shits like variable pay, bonuses etc. No employees safety is considered released at 11 ,12 midnight.
