The work life balance is so good. The office infrastructure is good. The workplaces are nice. You can learn new things anytime through its online learning platform i.e. Shoshin school. And they have hybrid working policy so that requires you to work from office for 2 days in a week and rest you have to work from home.

Dislikes

Was forced to take a support role after being trained as a devops engineer. Inconsistent salary hikes specially for freshers as heard from my seniors.

Timely salary payments without delays. Positive and supportive work culture. Exposure to different technologies across projects. Good opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.

Regardless of how hard one works, the increments remain the same across the board. There's no proper recognition for extra effort. The workload is high, and it significantly affects work-life balance.

Salary is credited on time Resigned expecting a 90-day notice period after contributing significantly to the project for a year. Was removed from the project on the same day I resigned, despite clearing an other internal project interview on the next day. HR called and forced me to leave the same day, questioning why I resigned and insisting I leave immediately. The same-day departure was mentioned in both the relieving and experience letters, which negatively impacts future job prospects.

worked at LTIMindtree for over a year and, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend it to those looking for stability or a professional work culture. Here are some key concerns I faced: Management practices felt biased and inconsistent. There was a constant sense of job insecurity, with frequent threats of sudden termination. Upon resignation, employees are often asked to leave on the same day—notice periods are not honored. HR communication, in my experience, was unprofessional and lacked empathy. A toxic environment driven by favoritism and internal politics. Terminations can happen over a phone call without prior warning or discussion. Most concerning: My relieving letter explicitly mentioned the date resignation requested and rejection of that and early releaving, which is highly unusual and can negatively impact future job prospects. Hard work often goes unnoticed, and efforts may be credited to others. Final Thoughts: If you value career stability, a healthy work culture, and professional HR practices, I recommend thinking twice before joining. This review reflects not just my journey but also what I observed happening to many of my colleagues.

There is nothing to like about this company, everyone here is just really unprofessional and incompetent to wok in fast paced environment especially HR department. They are just frustrating for real.

No work life balance at all. 90 hr work week is for real. Salary is very less for the amount of work load. No Skill development and growth at all. No career growth. Really frustrating environment. Some people really dont understand common things also, lack of common sense in senior employees. Rude behaviour. Cost cutting at its peak.conpany is not growing because of their incompetence in maintaining the project quality and all that is affecting to employees, employees are suffering because of incompetence of board directors to maintain the project quality. LTIMindtree’s growth very soon will be on decrement path. Clear signal to all employees of LTIMindtree as soon as possible resign and switch for betterment of you.
