LTIM provides competitive salary. It’s a good company to work with as people are good. Option to work in hybrid model. Not much work pressure (depends on project) Awesome work life balance.

Dislikes

Apart from salary there is no benefit as such. Zero recognition with higher management. Career growth is very slow. Increments are 0 to 5% annually depending in ratings. However on promotions one can expect 8%-10% which feels very less. No team bonding activities.

Feel of MNC, Good infrastructure, good salary as per market stundard, good tools for managing any queries related to policies ,benefits etc

Dislikes

Projects are not good, except some clients, most of migration projects, didnt get chance to work on market stunderd tech. 9hr office hrs shd be complate, some super senior not much tech but still survivng as developer or mangers or other higher post and unnecessary giving load to team

I feel job security here.Work culture is really good. Company policies are also good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Technical expectations are very high during interviews for the internal projects . Every technology mentioned in job description needs to be perfect while interviewing the candidate. It feels like its equal to the searching job externally. I was on maternity leaves and joined back on October 2020. But till date I dont have any project in hand. I am trying to brush up the skills all the time. But if you think practically, being at home with two small kids, its really very difficult to prepare each and everything thoroughly .I strongly feel that opportunity should be given to the internal candidates whether he has worked on the required technologies or not(if he is from the same technology like. dot net). I am ready to work hard, ready to work on extended hours if I have any work in hand.

Earlier company was but from last two years it's worst. I'm here from 5 years and no career growth no hike from last 2 years, since the AM Naik retired from LNT group

Everything here is worst now, no hike no onsite no career growth, no new technology

Timely salary payments without delays. Positive and supportive work culture. Exposure to different technologies across projects. Good opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.

Dislikes

Regardless of how hard one works, the increments remain the same across the board. There's no proper recognition for extra effort. The workload is high, and it significantly affects work-life balance.
