In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Nothing. Just you get your salary on time.

Dislikes

No job security. No standards they follow. Zero authority they have on their work. it is same as working in a service industry. Huge team politics issue, one person controls everyone. If you are among his favourite people you get everything otherwise no matter how much you work you will get nothing. Most of people in Magna work on saturday also even though it is weekly off. Managers force you to work on weekends. If you want training then you have to invest your personal time that is on saturdays. Means you are wasting your personal time for company benefits.
