1. Salary is OK when compared to other. 2. Company mainly focus in the skill development. 3. Job security is damn sure.

Dislikes

...romotion and grading system is not good. 2. Observed biased promotion system. 3. As per recent policies, observed more variation in salary of same level personnel. 4. Working hours are 9 to 6:45 which is more compared to other(work life balance issue). 5. Working hours flexibility is not possible.

Likes

Yearly bonus, 10 days Shut down holidays twice a year, medical policies.

Dislikes

Distance to work office, bus timings at which company provided buses run, working hours are longer than usually in other companies- all these things make it difficult to manage work life balance.

Dislikes

1. Work environment is not healthy 2. Travel claim reimbursement of field employees takes 2 to 3 months to credit which cause financial pressure on employee 3. Using of abusive languages and hatred speech in office premises is common here. 4. Late night working hours and no weekend or holidays 5. C-off is not applicable for field employees because RSMs will never approve it 6. Long 3-4 hours of unscheduled online meetings in evening time to keep employee busy so that he cannot leave office before 8 to 9pm evening 7. No response from HR team if case escalated to them. HR is just for sake of name.

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

Dislikes

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

1) Flexibility to experiment and learn 2) Good Compensation 3) Strong Culture fostering discipline

Dislikes

1) Not so smart senior leadership and most of them underqualified for the role although executive leadership is great 2) Micro management culture disseminated by the mindset of people with poor or no business/management skills sitting at the senior leadership 3) The structure comprising of Asst. Manager --> Dept. Manager --> Manager --> Sr. Manager doesnt follow the classic pyramid structure, in fact people at Sr. Manager level are more in numbers than at Asst. Manager level making progression difficult, which is even further aggravated with low attrition 4) Lala culture to certain extent especially related to promotion policies
