Salary was always on time, no issues with that.. Job security is good.

Dislikes

The management was very bad. GM VP all self centred people. Never help with anything. They hire people for sales good in English speaking but want them to speak in Bengali in office. They do not want any other caste apart from theirs, owners don't know about this !! No proper incentive slab, people were give incentive based on what the GM decides and not their work ! Very biased organisation

Middle Management always supported for innovative and R&D execution, without angagement of vendor.

Dislikes

This is Lala company. HR doesn't resolved employees issue, full salary delay and arrears forfeited. The relationship of middle management with employees like ant with shoe.

Company is employee friendly.It give recognition to performers.Open culture and acceptance and openness of suggestions are the key factors for liking this company.

Compensation is decent but appraisal is not time bounding.Needs for focus on training and up-gradation of employees

Directors are very good and humble.

Gm and vp of sales department are very bad person.they always like to humiliate the person. They dont give the opportunity to the junior to come up.gm of sales always try to politisize everything.they both like buttering.very toxic.

I feel very happy working at Merlin Group The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions There are lots of opportunities for growth at Merlin Teams at Merlin generally enjoy a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what they want to work on , I am very grateful for the opportunity to work in such a company.
