All kind of people were there..different caste different religion, but we were all one and celebrated all festivals ..very helpful people.

Training so far was good, but salary was too less ,working there was like having a life in money wise but personally outside the world, had never had time on it, some officers were beyond strict

I am working as JE (outsourcing) and the worst thing about MES is that they treat outsourcing staff as a slave with salary less than minimum fair wages .even they haven't paid us monthly,we have to wait for our salary every month and we will get it after 2-3 months and for that we have to actually beg for that......

...ion and Various things we can learn from length & breadth of across the country. Being Central Government office pay hiking will be as per norms, even there is a recognition will be there, if we performed well. There is a clear cut Transparency.

Structure of the Administration is very good, only criticism may occurs depends on Head of the boss if he is loyal to the job, things will go smoothly and transparently. New joinees may also get better opportunities and huge chances to learn more things from seniors.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
