Nothing Pleasant to talk as the Organization culture no more exists as the organization has changed the name from Mindlance Technologies to Cientra Techsolutions

...pecially females. Management is totally not responsible for employee welfare. Violates most of the labour laws in terms of Leaves, notice pay policy, maternity leaves, etc. Head of Human resources and Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment are the wrong hires to the organization as they do not possess any minimum professionalism. Work culture is horrible

Learning process Skill development Salary on time Great leaders I have learnt so much from Mindlance and my seniors here which is a big boost to my personal development as well. Training team is brilliant. Overall it's an employee-friendly place where the management do really care for the well-being of an employee.

May be there is a work life balance, they don't ask you to stretch additional hours, and salary comes on or before time, which is commendable.

Dislikes

Bad culture, full of politics and back stabbing, if you want to survive you are supposed to be a professional boot licker and should never complain about anything.. you should have a temperament that whatever you are getting is by the grace of god and company is doing a lot of EHSAAN on you, so you need to keep your mouth shut and speak nothing.. And on top of that no one is going to listen to you even if you complain.. specially HR dept, which is meaningless here.. they never have an idea what is going on and have no grip over management, means you can never assume they will take ur side and help u with anything!!

You get to learn a lot, they have Academy program where they give you 3 months training and help you extensively in your first year also you get 5000 per start irrespective of their work hours. Job security is great, work life balance is there and Work environment is not pressurized as other places. Good food in the Canteen too.

Sometimes you may feel that they are paying less in salary and Incentives but it evens out when you add other things.
