...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria, Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

....management is poor. there is small cafeteria and there is no any gaming arcade. Company policies are good but apparaisals are not fair and about salary there is no hike above 25% atleast they should give 30% hike. And there is no any bonus provided by them.

Only positive thing is u will get salary on time.

If u r working in IT dept. They don't have projects in Mumbai location, so if client contract gets terminated u will end up lossing ur job. They will simply release u from company.

We can develop our skills because they have a portal called talent next. We have lot of courses in talent next. And also we can do certificates after completion of those courses.

Dislikes

They don't give hike and salary is very less. They don't give rating and They will not give promotions. And you can't work for 9-6pm. Till 1 also we have worked. So there is no work life balance. They have only internal projects. Getting client project in mphasis is very difficult.

Likes

Work life balance based on the projects and job security. Bench period is 3 months with full payment and if you are in bench definitely they will try to allocate you the project.

Dislikes

Salary which was really low with no hikes literally 0%. Even if you switch from other companies they will offer 30% only.
