Company wise I don't have any issue. Till now they have not build any technical capabilities and very less technical project.

Dislikes

Past 3 years there was no msi. For any change in salary you have to get offer letter from outside then only they will increase your salary.

...ce is good. No Micro Management. No pressure (Not sure about other projects). Not much deductions, what salary amount HR negotiate you will get the same, no extra deduction like Performance Variable or extra unnecessary deduction.

Dislikes

Worst Bench Policy. If company doesn't have projects what Employee can do, for that atleast company needs to consider. Almost no Hikes, if you will get Hike, the percentage is very low as compared to other company.

...c) and you will not get paid not even a rupee apart from your standard salary. Management least bothered about employees' compensation and benefits. No appraisals in the past 2 years. Especially their bench policies are scary, if you are on the bench for 3 months, you will be paid full salary for 2 months and 3rd month half salary will be paid and from 4th month you will not get paid any salary.

the only positive trait is flexibility to work from home, only joining salary will be good.

Dislikes

No job security at all. Terrible bench policies and hr policies, dirty politics, regional biasedness, zero learning and skill development, no hikes, very poor infrastructure, useless cafeteria with poor quality food.

Company is never been good or bad it's the people who works there makes the environment good or bad. Some managers are good.

Dislikes

Salary is the biggest minus point if you show your loyalty and stick to the company for years. Cab facility is not upto the mark, in one cab if it's 4 seater they will make sure there are 4 employees in the cab, they don't care about employee comfort.
